Wilby Park’s burnout pad is 15 meters x 15 meters square. To become the “burnout king” is a challenge that some people just can’t seem to resist. Smoke billowing from the pad and the smell of burning rubber is very much a crowd pleaser. Cars to compete must have tail shaft loop, an overflow bottle, return spring on throttle, no hubcaps and no passengers allowed The competitor judged to be the ‘burnout king’ is awarded $200 cash and a trophy. |
